Agreement outlines strategic partnership to develop and deliver practical Cybersecurity training for the institution’s degree programs

Nearly 600 cybersecurity professionals and enthusiasts are expected to test their skills throughout the conference on the campus of Georgia Regents University in Augusta, Ga. In addition to hosting the CTF, Chiron will serve as a Gold Sponsor and two of its veteran instructors, Andrew Cole and Rich Moulton, will lead a seminar on post-exploitation operations.

CTF Challenges are popular among cybersecurity professionals and enthusiasts worldwide looking for ways to test and improve their skills within a legal and closed environment. These programs often require participants to search for digital “flags” within a system, requiring skill-based knowledge of computer forensics, cryptography, network penetration testing, and web security, to name a few.

Chiron’s version is based on the company’s proprietary “live-fire” training exercises conducted during all of its training courses to test participants on a range of skills and scenarios.
